How Snapshots Work
- • Point-in-Time: Snapshots capture current employee data when created
- • Data Upload: Use the Data Uploads page to update employee metrics
- • Trend Tracking: Each snapshot is saved for quarter-end line graphs in PDF reviews
- • Grid Layout: All employees on one slide, sorted by tier (Trainers → Bartenders → A/B/C-Servers)
- • Color Coding: Blue ≥100%, Green ≥80%, Yellow 70-79%, Red <70%
- • Recommended Schedule: Create snapshots on the 1st and 15th of each month
